At Lyndrick, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth, reliable shopping experience. Each order is reviewed with care, and if an issue arises, our team works quickly and fairly to resolve it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order details (size, color, quantity) before completing checkout. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. After an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you selected the wrong size or color, you may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order. If you need sizing or styling guidance, our support team is always ready to help before you complete checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 120 days of delivery. Beyond this period, all sales are final.
Eligible for return: damaged or defective items, incorrect orders, or products that differ significantly from the online description.
Not eligible: used or washed items, minor imperfections such as light thread variations, missing tags or packaging, or damage caused by improper handling.

How to Request a Refund

To begin the return process, email support@lyndrick.com and include your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, proof of purchase, and a shipping receipt if applicable.
⚠️ Items must not be shipped back without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. A confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete, including any refundable shipping fees.
If the refund does not appear after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for further assistance.
