Return & Refund Policy
By ordering from Lyndrick, you agree to the following terms. These policies apply within the United States.
1. 30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. No Return Label?
That’s okay! Just email us at support@lyndrick.com and we’ll help you with your return or exchange.
3. How to Return
When contacting us, please include:
- Order number & full name
- Proof of purchase (screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the item is defective/damaged
Once we confirm your return, you’ll receive an email update. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 14 days, but your bank may take an extra 3–5 business days to post the credit.
4. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
We exchange items that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or in the wrong size. Return shipping is free for these cases.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after inspection.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund. After this, cancellation depends on production status. Please double-check your address, as failed deliveries due to incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
