Uninterested in Being Interesting

I have done a lot of things in my life. I have performed onstage at a Christian festival with a “Rock Band.” I have promoted professional wrestling. I have acted in plays and on film. I have met state governors that became presidents.

I have done so many things in my lifetime that whenever I tell someone about my life they usually believe I am lying.

Let’s face facts. Most people don’t do anything in their lifetimes. I don’t mean financially or even physically. I mean that most people are too afraid of failing to try anything. I can understand that. I fail constantly.

My rock career was a bust. My wrestling career ended when a rival promoter turned me in for running an “Outlaw” wrestling promotion. Not even my relationships are exempt.

At the end of the day I succeed because I fail. I don’t run from my fears. I embrace them and run hand in hand with them.
